About Us

New Horizons Fitness and Wellness was founded around the concept of helping people to continue to live meaningful and active lives. We help members achieve and maintain their lifestyle goals.

Our programs focus on body restoration after a life event like a heart attack or a major fall. Our preference is to prevent such events in the first place. We help our members to get fit to live well.

We provide personal training services in the home, office, or at one of our partnering fitness centers.

Founder of New Horizons Fitness and Wellness. Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Certified Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Catherine has been a certified personal trainer for over 25 years and has been a practicing occupational therapy assistant since 2017. Her personal training experience has entailed working with community members ranging from teenagers to adults of all fitness levels.

Catherine’s expertise has helped individuals achieve personal fitness goals, adopt positive daily habits, and incorporate lifestyle changes for optimal fulfillment of meaningful activities.
